The transfer of cold ends from the annealing lehr belt to the scalloped belt or accumulation belt is a critical stage in the glass production process. To address the challenges faced by glassmakers, SINEX has developed a patented cold-end transfer technology that delivers significant productivity gains. SINEX vibratory equipment delivers proven results in glassworks worldwide and easily integrates into your line between the cooling lehr, the scalloped belt, or the accumulation belt (less than 400 mm). They adapt to all line widths thanks to our modular design.

For unstable products, the transfer to the scalloped belt is a high-risk stage due to potential contact between the cold ends.
The SINEX single-direction vibrating plate, with precise vibration control, allows controlled acceleration of the products, preventing contact between containers already on the scalloped belt and those arriving from the annealing lehr belt.

Always aiming to put our vibration expertise at the service of our customers, SINEX has developed a complementary solution to the single-direction vibrating plate. In the event of a problem on the packaging line, it allows the transfer of cold ends from the scalloped belt to the accumulation table without risk of falling.
When the packaging line is operational again, the double-direction vibrating plate reverses the transfer movement, unloading the accumulation belt onto the scalloped belt under the same safe conditions for your products.
