Vibrating Plates

The transfer of cold ends from the annealing lehr belt to the scalloped belt or accumulation belt is a critical moment. To address the challenges faced by glassmakers, SINEX has developed a patented technology that offers significant productivity gains. SINEX equipment delivers proven results in glassworks worldwide and easily integrates into your line between the cooling lehr, the scalloped belt, or the accumulation belt (less than 400 mm). They adapt to all line widths thanks to our modular design.

SINEX Single-Direction Plates

Annealing Lehr Belt >> Scalloped Belt

Unstable or fragile products
For unstable products, the transfer to the scalloped belt is a high-risk stage due to the potential contact between cold ends.
The SINEX single-direction plate, with perfect vibration control, allows for controlled acceleration of product advancement, preventing any contact between containers on the scalloped belt and those arriving from the annealing lehr belt.

SINEX Double-Direction Plates

Scalloped Belt >> Accumulation Belt >> Scalloped Belt

Always aiming to serve our clients with our vibration expertise, SINEX has developed a complementary solution to the single-direction plates. In case of a problem on the packaging line, it allows the transfer of cold ends from the scalloped belt to the accumulation table without risk of falls.
When the packaging line is operational again, the double-direction plates allows for the reversal of the transfer movement, unloading the accumulation belt to the scalloped belt under the same safe conditions for your products.
