Vibrating Electromechanical Elevator
The vibrating electromechanical elevator by Sinex Industrie allows you to elevate your products up to 8 meters with minimal floor space (less than 1 m²). By combining micro-projections and adapted angles, products move up the helical trough without pressure or mechanical parts.

Particularly suitable for abrasive or hot products, this elevator withstands conditions that would degrade traditional mechanical lifting equipment.Depending on the product and process conditions, this equipment can be made of steel, refractory steel, or stainless steel, with several trough configurations:
- Open trough: elevation transport with or without cooling by natural or forced convection.
- Closed trough: elevation with dust containment or under a neutral atmosphere, with or without cooling by natural or forced convection.
- Cooler/Heater Elevator: elevation with cooling or heating via a heat transfer fluid circuit on the spirals.
As our devices are custom-designed, our technical team will determine the best technical solution (natural or forced convection, heat transfer fluid, etc.) to achieve the desired performance.
