Fluidized Bed Dryer
The SINEX Fluidized Bed Dryer combines vibration transport and pulsed air drying.
Our teams rely on your specifications for surface area and air flow rate in the product bed to design a device tailored to your needs, while integrating your installation and connection constraints to related equipment. Our clients specializing in extrusion turn to our expertise for effective solutions in:
• Low or high-temperature drying
• Thermal treatments for sensitive products
• Cooling at the end of the process
Key Strengths
- Custom Design: Performance, dimensions, and interfaces tailored to your needs.
- High Hygiene: Ideal for sensitive products.
- No Moving Parts in Contact with the Product: Reduces contamination risks.
- Easy Maintenance and High Availability: Optimized design for simplified maintenance.
No mechanical components are placed in the treatment chamber, and the vibration generates very little abrasion on the product while preventing the agglomeration of moist products.
The height of the product layer, which moves over a perforated plate allowing air flow, is adjustable by a blade at the equipment's exit, and the residence time in the dryer is adjustable via the inclination of the motors.
Air inlets are located on the lower part of the equipment, while the exhausts are positioned on the hood. Perfectly compatible with the transport constraints of abrasive and high-temperature products, your device can be made of steel, refractory steel, or stainless steel, and equipped with anti-abrasion coatings.
Application Examples
- Food Industry: Extruded cereals, corn, rapeseed, wheat, sunflower, peas, soybeans, food pellets, pet food, fish feed.
- Chemicals: Plastic pellets.
