Extractor / Conveyor EME
Vibration transport limits abrasion, prevents the creation of fines (no mechanical constraints on the product), and ensures a constant and controlled volumetric flow. Suitable for extraction under silos, dosing, or transfer up to 10 meters, the electromechanical vibrating conveyor is the most versatile solution for all bulk industries. Maintenance is facilitated by the absence of moving parts in contact with the product and the use of vibrating motors, ensuring maximum availability.
Key Strengths
- Custom design (performance, dimensions, interfaces)
- High hygiene design for sensitive products
- Sealed version available (product preservation, dust containment)
- No moving parts in contact with the product
- Easy maintenance and high availability
Our teams collaborate with you to ensure our custom-designed equipment integrates perfectly with your application, considering your expectations and constraints in terms of installation and performance. Each piece of equipment is tailored to your specific needs in terms of characteristics, footprint, and interfaces (flow rate, dimensions, open or sealed, interfaces, etc.).
Perfectly compatible with the transport constraints of abrasive products and high temperatures, your equipment can be made of steel, refractory steel, or stainless steel and equipped with anti-abrasion coating.
