Decoring Machine
- Noise level < 85 dBA @ 1 m
- Manual or robotic loading
- Parts up to 80 kg
- Part dimensions (LxWxH): 800x500x400 mm
- Pneumatic pressure: 6 bars
- High deburring efficiency
- Remaining sand: max. 3 g without lumps
- Sand recovery hopper included
- Standard cycle duration: depending on part (40 to 120 pcs/h)
- Easy maintenance and high availability
Modular in design, the decoring machine consists of a shakeout module installed in a soundproof cabin. This module, connected to power and fluid via quick couplings, can be removed from the cabin for maintenance in just a few minutes from the rear of the equipment. For a fully soundproofed workshop, the decoring machine can be offered without a soundproof cabin.
Parts loading (maximum dimensions: 800x500x400 mm) is done from the front, either manually or by robot. The part is clamped in its tooling by flexible cylinders that are not sensitive to use in a sandy environment. Core fracturing is achieved via pneumatic hammers combined with compressed air blowing, while their removal by attrition is achieved through high-frequency, high-energy vibration (up to 25 g). All parameters of the program (time, acceleration, sequence cycling, etc.) are adjustable to adapt to the part being shaken out, ensuring the best performance in sand removal quality and cycle time.
With a test station machine available, we are at your disposal to qualify and validate the parameters required for your molding line and meet your expectations.
Adapted and adaptable to all types of foundry parts (turbo housings, suspension arms, cylinder heads, engine blocks, manifolds, etc.), this decoring machine has proven itself with the most demanding manufacturers for over 20 years. On production sites in France, Europe, Asia, and North America, it has demonstrated its efficiency, reliability, and high availability.
Our specialists are at your service to study your needs and offer you a decoring machine adapted to your parts and production rates.
