Maximum temperature: 200°C (400ºF)The VARS range of pneumatic roller vibrators completes the range of roller vibrators, specifically for concrete vibration applications. Vibrator design innovations have produced a vibrator that is more robust and better suited to the harshest conditions.
The body is machined from one piece of extruded aluminium.
A steel roller rotates inside the vibrator, in high-strength-steel raceways. The roller is retained by special shock-absorbing bronze flanges.
An air filter and a lubricant are used to guarantee long service life for the VARS range of vibrators. Use an ISO VG5 cSt/40°C hydraulic oil, for example SHELL Tellus Oil R5.
